Shortly before embarking on its debut season in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship at the end of November, the Mercedes-Benz EQ Formula E Team has introduced Vestas as new Principal Partner.
The global energy partner for sustainable energy solutions would like to use the long-term partnership with the team to raise awareness of one of the central challenges of the climate crisis, the need for electrification of the energy system.

Mercedes-Benz will begin a new chapter in the brand’s 125-year history of successful competition in motor racing with its Formula E debut. The season opener will be in Saudi Arabia, 22/23 November 2019.
