When a group of Smart car owners get together to celebrate the Lunar New Year. They choose the fine food at Shi-Art. Even the most common dishes are uniquely re-design by the chefs at Shi-Art. They may add a shrimp here, a slice of scallop there; or couple of fish eggs; maybe it was the sauce. It is just slightly different from their competition.
