http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16089354/Ironically I was driving through Grant Pass about 3 weeks ago while we had the storm along the coast. I was only eqipped with 18" all season performance tires. We drove through heavy rain, or heavy fog, or blowing snow all through the night. My co-driver slept most of the way. Grant Pass and Shasta are some places which draws your attention.
