Are either of these for rear brake applications?

The upper picture looks like a lightweight brake rotor and larger caliper.

What are the particulars on this brake kit?

SmartieUSA,

None are for rear application.

If you are refering to the Torox. They are racing style composite rotors with 4-piston calipers. Front only.

Sizes for 15" rims and 16" rims.
