Wiesbaden - In the run-up to German Grand Prix at the N?rburgring, a charity football match for needy children will be held on 08th July in Wiesbaden?s BRITA-Arena. This year, the two DTM stars Maro Engel and Martin Tomczyk will play for the traditional team ?Nazionale Piloti? that also features former and current Formula 1 aces such as Michael Schumacher, Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso, Nico Rosberg, Giancarlo Fisichella and Felipe Massa.
The motor racers will have to take on a celebrity team comprising stars from sports, music, film, TV and culture. The ?biggALLSTARS? will be represented by the likes of Olympic Gold Medallists Lars Riedel and Wolfgang Hoppe, Women Football World Cup winner Renate Lingor, ?Revolverheld? singer Johannes Strate as well as ?Germany?s next Top Model? jury member Peyman Amin.
The revenues of the event will be donated to two charity organisations, ?Round Table Children?s Wish? and ?KIO - Kinderhilfe Organtransplantation? (Children Help Organ transplant), that campaign actively for needy children. The kick-off in Wiesbaden?s BRITA arena is scheduled for 20:15hrs. Tickets for the event are available from ?11.
