Dr. Christine Hohman-Dennhardt has been a member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG since February 16, 2011, responsible for Integrity and Legal Affairs. This Board of Management position was created on February 16, 2011 and among other things, is in charge of the management of Daimler’s global compliance and legal organization and the related processes, business ethics, as well as the sustained anchoring of compliance and integrity throughout the Group.

Dr. Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt was born in Leipzig on April 30, 1950. She studied law in Tübingen and completed her studies with the second state examination in 1975. In the same year, she became a lecturer in social law at the University of Hamburg.

Dr. Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt gained a doctorate in law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main in 1979.
