Cora Schumacher beats gladiator Ralf Moeller in football

Nuremberg. It was Norisring time, and they all came. Not only the DTM drivers, but also many VIPs came to visit the fifth season round of the most popular international touring car series in the city of Nuremberg over the weekend. A special highlight was the Audi football tournament on Saturday evening. During the ?human table soccer?, an oversized version of the well-known table soccer with real players, Cora Schumacher and Hollywood star Ralf Moeller joined two of the eight participating teams. The first match of the day also brought the direct encounter of the two. It was particularly hard for Ralf Moeller, as no one else than Cora Schumacher prepared the winning goal and even made it all the way into the final, which she then lost with penalties against the Audi team Abt with Tom Kristensen and Timo Scheider. ?The atmosphere here is great, the weather is almost like in Hollywood. Cora is playing really well, respect?, said Moeller, enjoying a cigar after the match and looking forward to the race day already: ?I will be waving the chequered flag.? Musician Helmut Zerlett and his band created an excellent atmosphere in the winners? party, turning the Audi hospitality into a dancing palace until well after midnight. ?As an absolute motorsport fan, I just have to be here at the Norisring?, said a delighted Zerlett.

Two ski-jumping legends also met again at the Norisring. Sven Hannawald, who has become a regular motor racing driver himself, watched the race in the Monaco of the DTM together with Martin Schmitt and was able to provide valuable advice: ?The track only has three corners, but you have to get them spot on, otherwise, you can?t get a good result.? So much professional knowledge was also interesting for Bavaria?s prime minister, G?nther Beckstein, who enjoyed the racing atmosphere around the Dutzendteich lake and will be presenting the winner?s trophy. Before the race, Thomas Godoj and the band The BossHoss were performing live on the ARD stage.

Mercedes-Benz, the official partner of the German football federation DFB, made the hearts of the football fans beat higher by showing the official team bus of the German national football team at the Norisring. Football fan, Cora Schumacher also had a look in the interior of the bus. Selected guests were taken for a tour of the circuit in the bus. After that, the bus set off to Berlin for the reception of the German team at the airport on Monday and then bring the players to the fan zone at the Brandenburg gate.

Also seen at the Norisring: Gitta Saxx, Django As?l, Rolf Stahlhofen from the ?S?hne Mannheims?, Thomas Ohrner, Mola Adebisi.
