« on: May 12, 2011, 11:37:28 AM »
As the F-CELL World Drive, organized by Mercedes-Benz, is currently driving through Kazakhstan, today a slight accident occurred. The B-Class F-CELL „Number 3“ is, after having travelled more than 23.000 locally emission-free kilometres, for he moment not able to continue its journey due to the resulting damage.
As well the F-CELL World Drive participants as the driver involved in the accident are uninjured. However, both vehicles concerned were damaged. The exact course of the accident and the question of guilt are still unknown, the local police is enabled.
The involved B-Class is now not able to continue its journey due to the resulting damage. We are currently examining the possibility of repairing the vehicle, when having the next stopover at a garage. Heretofore the F-CELL will be replaced with a spare car.
