Wiesbaden/D?sseldorf ? On 6th April, DTM is going to kick off its new season at D?sseldorf?s K?nigsallee. To offer all those interested the chance of getting into the right mood for the series, the D?sseldorf city hall will host the DTM touring exposition as early as from 4th March. ?The beginnings of DTM displayed here represent a first foretaste and will put the visitors in the right mood for the traditional season launch held here in D?sseldorf,? rejoices Lord Mayor Joachim Erwin.

For more than two decades, DTM has been fascinating the motor-racing enthusiasts all over Europe. Spectacular cars, stars such as Mika H?kkinen, Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Jean Alesi, Klaus Ludwig, Alessandro Nannini, Hans-Joachim Stuck, Keke Rosberg and Joachim ?Jockel? Winkelhock as well as thrilling motor-racing action are the formula for one of the biggest success stories in motor racing. From the very beginning through the legendary battle between Alfa Romeo and Mercedes-Benz in the early 1990s and the era of the high-tech touring cars to the development of DTM since the series? restart in 2000.

The exposition will be shown in the D?sseldorf city hall until 26th March. Afterwards, it will be moved to the ?K?-Galerie? where it can be attended by every interested visitor up to the day of the official DTM Launch, held on 6th April.
