Has anybody had a bad experience buying parts from MercedesWorks.Com? I ordered a right side mirror for my 1985 300CD. After a month I called and they told me it was being rebuilt after a week I called and they told me they didn't have it and would return my money after another week I still haven't seen the refund. Has this happened to anyone else?
