a few problems if any one can help

Love my 05 C class...

1st prob.  i drove it hard and hit approx 200km/h when i did the CEL came on at about 15 mins later not sure what could've caused it... but def needs to be checked out

2nd prob.  everytime i turn the steering i hear a bump/clunk noise is my suspension f@#ked?
3rd (could be just me) i feel the reaction time on the throttle to be slower esp out of a corner anything to help cure this would def be helpful
